Divorce For Monetary Advantage

Marriage relationships lack the basic elements of true love among the wealthy and influential class of the society than in the middle and lower classes. Among the poor and middle classes, there are couples which love one another without any attachment to material possessions. In the upper class of the society, it is not so at all! In the blue-blooded class of the society, it is the parents who arrange and procure husbands for their daughters, and vice versa. Little or no chances are given to the young men and women of the powerful class to decide their own life partners. Their parents were allowed to choose partners by themselves because they came from poor families which were not rich and popular. Now that they are wealthy, they are carefully mindful not to bring a poor person into their families in the name of marriage. They want only young men and women from the affluent families to join them on board. For example, there is a powerful retired army general from the central north of Nigeria. His son, who was a former State Governor, was married to the first daughter of a former military president. The mother of the young lady was the Chief Judge of that State. His second and third sons married daughters of billionaire businessman and former vice president of Nigeria and Africa's richest man respectively. There was a former State Governor who married the daughter of a former military president of Nigeria. The young lady hardly knew if the governor was living in that State House complex or not with her. She was always doing anything that pleased her heart. In fact, there was a day, she jetted out of Nigeria to US without the knowledge of the Governor. The list of this kind of marriage relationships is endless. Therefore, we can see that not every marriage is marriage in the actual sense of it. Many of them are businesses as usual! If marriage is not for financial advantages, why do wives married to wealthy and influential men always press hard for separation from men whom they swore to live together with even when there are no good reasons for that. Here, we are going to look at divorces which involved the payments of alimony, or maintenance or support. In Canada, for example, the Divorce Act stated that "the husband automatically gives 50% of his wealth to the wife when they get divorced even though the earning was made purely by him." Have you heard what that clause said? Look at the clause closely, "... even though the earning was made purely by him." If "the earning was made purely by him", why is he under compulsion or duress to part with 50% of his wealth to a woman who only came for his money? This is one of the reasons that marriage among the wealthy is always at the advantage of the wives. Marriage among the high and lofty in the global society is such a big scam. It is a mere mirage. It doesn't exist at all. That law was made without critically considering the wellbeing of the ill-fated and scammed husbands. Let us look at some divorces and the whooping amount of money (alimony) the ill-fated husbands (preys) paid to their ex-wives (predators): 1. Bill Gates' divorce in 2021 from Melinda Gates with Melinda Gates getting $76 billion alimony. 2. Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie Scott in 2019 where ex-wife got $45.3 billion alimony. 3. Ruppert and Anna Murdoch ... $1.7 billion alimony. 4. According to Forbes, the late Saudi Arabian billionaire, Adnan Khashoggi, paid his ex-wife Soraya Khashoggi, an alimony of $874 in 1982. 5. Craig and Wendy McCaw ... $460 million alimony. 6. Mel and Robin Gibson ... $425 million alimony. 7. Neil Diamond and Marcia Murphy ... $150 million alimony. 8. Amy Irving and Steven Spielberg ... $100 million alimony. 9. Kevin Cotner and Cindy Silva ... $80 million alimony. 10. Kenny and Marrienne Rogers ... $60 million alimony. 11. James Cameron and Linda Hamilton ... $50 million alimony. 12. Michael and Diandra Douglas ... $45 million alimony. 13. Ted Danson and Casey Coates... $30 million alimony. Have you seen how these women scammed those men in the name of marriage? That was why Elon Musk said that he will not marry any woman again. He said that he is too sure that any wife he marries will one day file a divorce suit against him and demand for half of his $250 billion dollars. In like venation, Jeff Bezos said," I lost over $38 billion in cash and 35% of Amazon to my ex-wife, Mackenzie Scott. I was worth about $76 billion by then...I can never make the mistake of getting married again. I was married to my ex-wife MacKenzie for over 25 years but she just woke up one day and told me that she was already tired of our boring marriage and she wanted a divorce. Mackenzie Scott got approximately $45.3 billion dollars alimony, making her one of the richest women in the world. If her husband was having affairs outside the matrimonial home as the news had it that he is a friend to Laurent Sanchez, can't she forgive him? There are several millions of wives in the world whose husbands are engaging in adultery, yet, their wives have not filed divorce suits. Why do people use other person's hands to draw the viper out of its hole? Why do people deceive themselves? They run with the hares and hunt with the hounds! Why do wives nurse divorce plans in their hearts right from inception of marriage witbout the slightest knowledge of it to their husbands, and they wait patiently till the unsuspected husbands are caught by their CCTVs? To me, I strongly believe that most divorces were filed and executed because the wives wanted huge alimony to run their own business empires and be worshipped by men. Those women may become the highest donors to some SOS calls across the world, yet, the world knows how they got the money.
