An Open Letter To Sultan Of Sokoto, Sheikhs Ahmad Gumi, And Senator Barau Jibrin
Attention: The Funders And Promoters of Terrorism And Killers Of Christians In Nigeria
Nigeria has helplessly been under incessant terrorist attacks for about two decades. Without any iota of doubt, over 800, 000, 000 innocent Christians: men, women, and children have been masascred in the most gruesome manners by Islamic jihadists in Nigeria. Past and present Nigerian governments have not done anything tangible to bring the situation under control. I don't have enough space here to enumerate the number of notable persons who were killed by Muslim extremists across Nigeria. Now that President Trump wants to wage war against terrorism in Nigeria (not against Government and innocent citizenry), many terrorism and banditry funders and promoters such as Sultan of Sokoto, Sheikhs Ahmad Gumi (the cannibal from Zamfara State), and Senator Barau Jibrin (the shameless and idiotic Deputy Senate President), have resorted to inciting Northern youths to embark on violent protests and riots in Kano against Trump's good intentions to save lives hanging in the balance in Nigeria. This was how the Northern elites brainwashed illiterate parents to send out their male children of two years old to go out of their homes to beg and pick food from the landfills and dustbins under the guise of traditional studying of Arabic Language. This is called the Almajiri System. The children of emirs, powerful politicians, and business moguls, are not among the almajiris going about naked, barefooted, and unkempt in the hot Sahel Sahara environment of the North. Why are the blue-blooded children not among them? The Northern elites send their sons and daughters abroad to study and use religion to debar sons and daughters of poor and ignorant parents from being educated. They (elites) know that if everybody is educated, it will be very difficult for them to rule them. God will judge you people! You use innocent children to fight your jihadist battles while yours are studying in the United Kingdom and United States. After their studies, they return home to replace you in the Emirates or in one capacity or the other in Government.
We all know too well that Nigerian Government under Tinubu cannot fight against terrorism and banditry in Nigeria, not because Tinubu does not have the capacity to do it. He can; but he wants to tread cautiously lest he steps on the powers-that-be in the North that funds and promotes the killings of innocent Christians. Apart from Sultan of Sokoto, Sheiks Ahmad Gumi, and Senator Barau Jibrin, there are others in the Presidency, Legislature, Judiciary, Army etc. If he exposes them, they will also expose him in return. Government knows all the people involved in the dirty business of terrorism in Nigeria. Now, tell me, why is Tinubu and and the North against Trump's military actions against terrorism in Nigeria? Why are they saying that it is an infringement on Nigeria's sovereignty. Wait a minute - which sovereignty are the killers in the North talking about? Nobody in his senses can tell me that Nigeria is a full-fledged sovereign State. We lost our sovereignty in the late 80s. Did you say a sovereign State? A sovereign State without ability to protect her citizens. A sovereign State that geometrically increased the cost of living in the country (fuel pump price, utility bills, recharge cards, international passport booklets, imposed renewal of vehicle documents yearly on citizens, imposed payment of taxes on fresh students in the secondary schools, etc). A sovereign State without rule of law, practical separation of power, participatory governance, freedom of speech or expression, etc.
A sovereign State where nobody can have access to the President without paying money to Tinubu's touts. I am surprised that protesters in Lagos and Kano were neither arrested nor tear-gased. When did the Nigerian Government begin to allow protesters to go home peacefully after protest? Thank God that the fear of Trump is gradually making good impacts on Nigeria. There seems to be a glimpse of hope in the horizon. Where were the police during the protests in Lagos and Kano? It means that it was Government that sponsored both protests. The former military president of Nigeria, late General Sani Abacha, once said, "When a criminal or enemy of the State cannot be arrested by the security authorities under 24 hours, the hand of Government is in it." Is it not true? It is true. It means that Government knows everything about those people responsible for terrorism and other social vices in Nigeria. Government knows their first, second, and third names, house addresses, hideouts, and operations. Why does Gumi always know terrorists' hideouts? Why does he always encourage Government and others like Trump to engage in negotiations with terrorists? Can you see that? Nigerian Government has stooped so low on many occasions to negotiate with murderers in order to please the North. You people in the North take other Nigerians from other ethnic nationalities for granted and as slaves too. You influenced Tinubu to pardon and rehabilitate killers of innocent Nigerians whereas Nnamdi Kanu is still held up in incarceration without any justification till today. Do you know many billions of naira Government has paid to the funders and promoters of terrorism in Nigeria? This is the ugly trend or norm that the North does not want Trump to come and stop. Very often, citizens of the North participate in legitimizing a system that cannot benefit them a hoot. They are tied to the apron call of the Emirates who use them as towels to clean their hands. I am very sorry for Nigeria! That's why other African people call Nigeria a "Zoo." In fact, Felawas not wrong to call Nigeria "Animals wearing suits and agbada." Nigerians are so foolish and hungry that they do not even see anything wrong in continuing in enslavement. Now, many fools are alleging that it was the Igbo people who invited Trump to fight against terrorism in Nigeria. Can you hear the idiots talking? Some said that it was former president Jonathan that invited Trump to come to fight against terrorism. If he did so, what it wrong about it? Have you not killed enough Christians? They have turned against Igbo people as usual. If anyone makes any utterance in any part of the world that the North considers as blasphemy against Mohammed, they will begin to kill the Igbos, their fellow Nigerians, in Kano. Is that how normal human beings should behave?
The terrorism and banditry funders and promoters in the North have brainwashed their youths again as usual. You leaders of terrorism and banditry in the North, permit me to tell you that your protests cannot stop Trump's military actions against terrorism and banditry in Nigeria. Rather, they will infuriate him, making him more ferocious and determined to carry out his anti-terrorism campaigns. Why are you restless now? A couple of days ago, one leader of bandits in Funtua went to their hideouts and told them to suspend further activities of terrorism and banditry as they would most likely be killed if they persist. The international community has taken notice of the ongoing violence, persecution, oppression, and arbitrary killings of innocent Christians in Nigeria, and Trump is determined to take action. The US Government has already designated Nigeria (Zoo) as "Country of Particular Concern" due to the severe violations of religious freedom. It's essential to recognize that terrorism is a threat of global peace and security, and it is everybody's responsibility to work towards eradicating it. The actions of a few selfish individuals or groups should not be allowed to undermine the efforts to bring peace and stability to Nigeria. Presently, there is dearth of food supplies in Nigeria.
Hunger is in ascendancy throughout the nation because terrorists, bandits, and kidnappers are on the prowl everywhere searching for farmers to kidnap for ransom payments, women farmers for sexual satisfaction, and Christians for both ransom payments and killings. Those youths protesters in Lagos and Kano are not free to go to their farms like before. They are afraid of the terrorists and bandits. Yet, both protesters and their funders and mentors do not accept Trump's military involvement in crushing the spate of terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping in the Nigerian society. What a paradox! Now, who is the true enemy of Nigeria? In your own assessment (forget about sentiment, religion, and tribalism) who is the security problem of Nigeria right now? Who is responsible for terrorism, banditry, and killings of innocent Nigerians? Is it Trump who wants to destroy terrorism in Nigeria or those who want to stop him from doing it? I want you to sagaciously and empirically pass the actions of the Sultan of Sokoto, Gumi, and Senator Barau Jibrin through the crucibles of critical thinking and logical reasoning, and tell me what they represent in Nigeria. One, the Sultan of Sokoto said that Trump's military action against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, and killings of innocent Christians in Nigeria is a sin against Allah. Is this statement in consonance with Koran? Did Allah say that man should fold his hands and watch terrorists kill innocent people? Tell me where it was written in the Koran, please. If Allah did not say so, it means that he (Sultan of Sokoto) lied against Him and must be punished for that. It also automatically makes him a funder, promoter, and beneficiary of terrorism and banditry and kidnapping in Nigeria. He is a suspect number one in this matter. Two, Sheikhs Ahmad Gumi said that Nigeria should break diplomatic relations with America because her president in the person of Trump, wants to invade Nigeria. He said that Trump should negotiate with the terrorists. Can you see how foolish Gumi is? US president should condescend so low to the level of common criminals and terrorists and plead with them to allow Nigeria to live in peace and without fear. In the process, money will change hands. Gumi and his goons will demand for a whooping sum of money for settlement to usher in peace into Nigeria. The North always wants Government to spend money unnecessarily to their selfish aggrandizements. Gumi, a known terrorist funder and promoter who was deported from Saudi Arabia this year during the Hajj is telling Nigeria what to do about security. If he is good, why did Saudi Arabia authorities deport him and allowed other pilgrims from the same Nigeria?
Was it not this same Gumi that the Saudi Arabia authorities arrested and detained about a decade ago, citing his close connection with one terrorist of high notoriety? Why is Gumi always aware of terrorists' hideous if he is not one of them? Third, Senator Barau Jibrin, the Deputy Senate President, has persistently said that Trump must apologize to Nigeria and withdraw his intended military action against terrorism in Nigeria. It therefore means that he has a stake in terrorism in Nigeria. He is among those in Government funding and promoting terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, and killings of innocent Christians in Nigeria. If you see a baby bird in its nest, the mother is near that nest. If someone is dancing, there must be someone beating the drum and dictating the rhythms. America should criticaliy look into the activities of the above mentioned characters in respect of terrorism in Nigeria and bring them to book. Darkness cannot overcome light. Yes, it cannot!
