44. Teach your child to learn to support himself/ herself financially but not through wrong means. 45. Teach your child how to add, subtract, divide and multiply. 46. Look at someone in the eyeballs when talking to him/ her. Don't shift your eyes from somebody when talking to him. 47. Remember to return to people anything that you borrowed from them as soon as you finish making use of it. Don't let the borrowed material remain with you till the next day. If you fail to return it promptly, the owner won't give you next time. 48. Ensure that borrowed items are strictly kept safe. Using it carelessly is tantamount to ungratefulness. The owner may be right to demand for replacement if it is spoilt or lost. 49. Teach your child how to read the time on the clock. 50. Teach your child how to sweep the house and dress the bed. 51. Teach your children how to negotiate with others. 52. Teach them how to handle tragedy. 53. Teach the children how to resolve a dilemma. 54. Teach them to clean the dining table after every meal. 55. They should not get involved in any unnecessary argument because it may lead to a fight. 56. Teach your children not to be involved in gossiping at all. It can bring shame and loss of honour to those who do it. 57. Teach them not to watch TVs and play video games every time, neither shall they be addicted to android phones which has made many pupils and students across the world to fail examiinations. 58. Teach them how read the contours of a map. 59. Teach your child how to read road signs. 60. The children should not bring anything from school which does not belong to them. In fact, you should search your child's school bag once he/ she returns from school daily. If the child knows that you are always searching his, her school bag, it will prevent him/ her from taking what belongs to others. 61. Teach your child how to write essays and how to stand before people and talk. 62. Tell your child not to separate any fight where the fighters are using guns, knives, broken bottles and iron rods. Many times those who went to separate fights were severely wounded or killed in an attempt to separate fights. Allow them to fight to their satisfaction if they employ lethal weapons. 63. Your child must not tell an adult that he lied even if he does so. He/ she can tell the adult, "That's not true, sir.", or "That's not true, ma'am." 64. Warn your child not to jump out of any car or vehicle which cannot continue climbing a hill but begins to roll backwards. It's better and more secured to remain inside the vehicle till it rolls back to the end than jumping carelessly and be crushed by the vehicle. 65. Your children should not make any single decision when they are angry: every action taken in anger must be regretted of. Kindly share with your friends and loved ones.
