Importance Of Soft Skills In Modern Workplace


 The possession of right set of skills has become increasingly crucial for professional success. Soft skills aptly refers to set of personal attributes, characteristics,  personality traits, and non-technical abilities inherent in individuals which enable them to interact effectively and harmoniously with others in the workplace.
